Good Morning, FS Warriors! Only down a pound, but following the big drop when I started over, I think it means I am stabilized. For an unstable guy, that's a good thing. Was working on the computer last night, and got the late night munchies. Overdid it on the cashews, and ate a Fiber One Lemon Bar. Took me a couple hundred over my RDI, but nothing like I would have normally eaten when I was binging. Anyway, I'm looking forward to the weekend, and hope everyone else has a good one as well.
