Who the "bleep" knows.. I've actually been good all week AND walked or hiked every day. It has been an exceptionally stressful week.

Oh well... onward and downward.

I am amazed at how stress can destroy weight loss. I never thought that it could be so significant but I have learned that if my mind is not right, my body will not be right. Maybe the walking or hiking will help you kill the stress monster and get back to the path you want. Try to find a 'chill pill' somehow and keep on moving forward. Good luck to you.

Okay, Ladies....where is the support???? Remember FD supports us and reads our TOM battles every day...come on, make the guy feel better after all he has "only" lost 111.0 pounds....yay, FD...de-stress and the 11 pounds will melt right off.

What about going on a date? Maybe the excitement will take away the stress? How about old Charlie Chaplin movies,a laugh with the Three Stooges? I always like the old westerns.
