WOW!!! 6.1kg weight loss in 1 month(4 weeks) without any exercise or fat loss supplements and I spent most of my time sitting on my couch using my laptop and I ate whatever I wanted!!! Whoop whoop! I'm in the 122's!!!! So damn proud of myself!!! Next step is to start adding 10 minutes of basic home exercise to use up some calories :) Now to get into the 121's!
My recipe for success so far is the 5:2 Fast Diet combined with Intermittent Fasting(skipping breakfast) and eating a maximum of 1800 Calories to 2200 Calories(25% less than my RDI) on non-fast days.
