A two pound week, woo hoo!

I'm excited to say I've reached the point I can be near "triggers" without going crazy. Yesterday, there was a cherry blintz that looked and smelled SO good. I cut off a small bite, just one, to give me a taste. I was scared it might tempt me to eat more, but I was satisfied with that little taste--probably no more than 30 calories. I'm never drinking soda again in this lifetime, but I feel I've passed a major milestone temptation-wise. I'm happy my clothes don't fit and feel healthier than I have in years. The jury is still out, but I think my migraines are improving, too!

That is a fantastic loss! Don't you just love it when your fit better (or in my case when I put on a pair of jeans and am still able to breath). Congrats on giving up the diet soda. That was a hard one for me.

Great work...and especially with recognizing your triggers and acknowledging the fact that you choose to not allow them to take control any longer. Now, as for the two pounds....what can I say except, YEEEEEEEEEHAW GOOD FOR YOU!

YES!!!!!! and as another Buddy said a couple of weeks ago..."this will be the ONLY time in my life I can write my weight with just ONE number!!!"....PLUS this is the LAST time (except for possibility of minor water gains in next few days)...the LAST time you will EVER weigh 222!!!! Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!
