Back down to where I was a few days ago. So ashamed weight went back up (I know why - bad choices). Then I realized I was only fooling myself by not posting. "If I don't post it - it's not there", Pretty stupid, huh?
Will be faithful to posting and recording all my ups and downs. Not everyone will lose every day. I just have to keep this in mind.
