In true fashion, Friday continues to be my "lowest weight day". Love Fridays. Surpassed my second goal of 155 lbs. Trying to decide if my final goal is going to be 150 lbs or 145 lbs. My husband doesn't think I should go below 150 lbs, but when I get to 150 I should focus more on strength training and toning. Any thoughts ladies? I am 5'9" if that helps. TGIF!
