So bummed. This the first time (edit: just looked at my weight journal and it is the second time, not that it makes me feel any better) that I started this process that my weight is up. I am up .8 lbs. this week. I know that amount isn't that much but I am disappointed in myself. I have to own up to the fact that my food choices could have been better this week. I was craving sugar and I gave in quite a bit. On the upside I ran two times this week. I also had time during lunch two times this week to walk for 30 minutes each time. I was good about not over doing it at a work lunch meeting yesterday. I only had 1/2 a wrap and a small amount of chips. I even turned down a cookie when asked if I wanted one. I know I can do this. I will not let the number on the scale derail me. Onward and upward (actually downward but that would sound funny...LOL).
