I do love when water weight falls off. It's also my TOM so hopefully I'll lose a little bit more next week as well.

Finally broke my week and a half long streak of gymlessness. Was able to go last night after working all day and did 30 minutes on the stair stepper. Nothing too crazy, but it was definitely well needed.

I decided to go on a hiatus from my social media sites (minus this one, of course). Going pretty well so far. Its mainly Facebook that I'm trying to avoid. Its just so negative. Twitter and Instagram aren't bad, but I just need a break. So I'm going to try to read more, and workout more, and focus more on positive things.

I went shopping yesterday and treated myself to new clothes. I bought a few t-shirts, new yoga pants for working out (they're heavenly), a new sports bra, and some funky pants that I think will be good for work. One of the shirts, and the pair of pants though area little tight, so that's just a little extra motivation to keep staying on track.
