Yikes, yikes, yikes. Lets just say this weekend was Stephanie's awful, horrible, no good, very bad weekend. Bingebingebingebingebinge. Plus I haven't worked out since last Sunday. I have just had zero motivation. I'm actually surprised I haven't gained more. Additionally my TOM is coming up so that could also add to some of the weight gain.
This week will be different though. I need to reconfigure my mindset and get back in the game.
