Pleasantly surprised that its ONLY 1/2 a pound gain, considering I ate a TON of sugar last week, despite knowing better. TOM is this coming week, so we'll chalk it up to that ;)
Been fatigued a lot as of late, no real clue as to why. I get at least 7 hours of sleep a night. Trying to keep up with at least 3 - 4 workouts a week, switching up between gym machines, zumba routines off YouTube and jogging around the neighborhood.
