I seem to be going from 188 to 192 like a yoyo. Which is ok. I say this because for a very long time I was going from 198 to 210 like a yoyo.

I do not have a desk job. I am a deli manager. And for 8 to 10 hours a day I might sit for maybe a half an hour of that time. Just enough to do paperwork. I even eat my lunch on my feet, grabbing quick bites between tasks. The rest of the time is on My average daily step count is between 15k and 20k.

I need to incorporate some strength training in by using my bands again. Some light yoga and meditation wouldn't hurt either. Work in progress.
