Just took time to weigh in...its fabulous Friday my weigh in day and Im 2.5 down this week Happy dance oh happy dance for me....11.5 until goal Yippy ki yay!!

Thank you everyone eventually its going to slow down but I loving it for now its been a month yesterday I joined this site and I weighed in at 155 and today 141.5 that's pretty good for me so Im just very very happy, and it also motivates me to continue to incorporate more exercise, to continue to eat healthier, plus you get to be around all this lovely support here on FS. You could move a mountain if you wanted to with all the great support and love from all thats here on FS, most anything feels possible and its just not the norm to find all this support. Im so glad I was directed this way from an atkins website member. Im hoping everyone has the best evening...again thank you my friends:)
