Good Morning. Once again I have learned that I can go on vacation and gain weight and then it comes right back off. I wonder how many times I must learn this lesson before I stop stressing out. Maybe never and that might be a good thing as it keeps me on track. I really do not know how much more weight I will lose before I start maintaining but I feel like I am maintaining what I feel comfortable with now and if I continue to lose fine. It has been really windy and cold up here in No. Idaho and I am enjoying it. Well time to get read for work so talk with you later. Have a successful day.
