So... after my 45+ pound weight loss last year, I took a break and was having the hardest time re-starting my tracking. I went from 191 last April down to 145 just before the holidays. Last week I was back up to 154. That's when reality hit me and pushed me back on track. Down to 150 today and back on my way to 125-130-ish. Once again feeling like I can make it the rest of the way.
