OMG I have been totally out of control. I have consumed an entire bag of lays potato chips (in one sitting) and and entire bag of pita chips with a container of humus, the very next day.
I have been not diligent in choosing my foods and have allowed 13 pounds back on my body. My jeans are tight and I am upset with myself.
I lost my job in March and was quite blue until I got back into school. I love going to school but now I am really out of my groove.
SO...I am recommitting TODAY...no more BS!
Going back to 20 gram induction and going to journal my intake.
Oh my aching head, I have done this to myself so many times! I hate this!
