Enjoying the food and trying to drink lots of green tea and water. I was feeling kind of weak yesterday so I'm going to watch the calories a little more carefully. I'm in phase 1 where sugars are very restricted and I have some carbohydrate sensitivity so it feels like it may just be adjusting to good sugars rather than junk. Because of this I also tend to lose weight very quickly in the beginning. I always feel so much better once I cut out the sugars... no more late afternoon sleepiness or having to carry candy with me because I haven't eaten and am feeling sleepy, cranky, and weak. Stupid to eat the junk but I guess that's why they call it carbohydrate addiction. In the end I want to be skinny so I will just keep that in mind. ;)
