Feeling a bit sluggish & under the weather...BUT...I worked out a little.

***WORKOUT FOR TODAY***

Jillian Michaels' Kettlebell Training (minus last set of "Turkish Getup")

Crunches: 4 sets of 30 ...Total = 120
Chest Press 10lb Kttlbll: 1 set of 10 ea/arm
Overhead Press (lying down) 10lb kttlbll: 1 set of 10 ea/arm
Oblique Twists 10lb kttlbll: 2 sets of 10
Overhead Press (sitting) 10lb kttlbll: 2 sets of 15
Bicep Curls 10lb kttlbll: 2 sets of 10
Chair Dips: 20, 21, 16, 16, 30
59.6 公斤 最近减少: 2.3 公斤.    还有: 3.4 公斤.    饮食准则: 合理的.
