Well, yesterday was my birthday! I am officially a quarter of a century old. Yikes.
Have not been doing very well with my eating overall, and working out has been lacking. I like to think that I am just coasting along in maintenance mode for the time being, usually fluctuating between 146-149. I'm actually proud of my ability to maintain, however I do need to get back on track to actually lose. January and February were both pretty rough months, just due to seasonal depression, plus nasty cold weather that made it really hard to go and do any physical activity.
I do want to be comfortable enough to wear a bikini this year, which gives me plenty of time to tone up. I just have to get back on track and start sticking to a schedule again.
