So I did fine during the day, once again, and poorly yesterday evening which is interesting because I actually felt pretty good yesterday. I did not record EVERYTHING I ate and am quite fortunate the scale only showed a .4 increase. However, today is new and fresh and another opportunity to take better care of me. It was not an "enjoyable" experience ... it felt quite compulsive and today I am feeling the "hangover" of too much food in too short a time period.

Today I am grateful ...
that I do not desire to feel this overstuffed feeling from mindless eating
that I can let yesterday go without feeling guilty but simply observe and learn
that my body is resilient and well honed to give me hunger and satiety cues
for FRIDAY!!!!
and finally ... that the weather is suppposed to cool off which will make cutting wood this weekend much more pleasant!!

Busy day ahead of me so I must get to it ... it will make my day pass quickly ... which is #6 on the grateful list this morning. I'm anxious for this food hangover to pass ... I don't feel well )~:

Yes Yoda!!! Oh I mean Info!!! I just went back and guesstimated my binge ... well over 3000 calories. Oooops. Today will be better. I did my elliptical this morning already, brought a boneless chicken breast and a yogurt for lunch, and will (WILL) eat a reasonable dinner (which I almost always do) and if I *need* to snack I think I'll have an apple, some sparkling water, another yogurt ... anything but Stacy's Pita Chips and Bread!!! LOL!!!

I used to get "carb" hangovers when I was on Atkins and ate more than 30 gms...now I wonder if it was the gluten...enough about me..I regress as usual! I am trying to get around to saying I hear ya sista! Hate that feeling! All we can do is look back, shake our heads, live and learn and move forward! :))
