Trying to get out of a loop. It has been hard to stay away from carbs/suger while being away from home. It seems like others really want me to eat like them. I just want to keep losing and be healthier

I had the same problem over the past couple of weeks. Got out of my clean-eating routine and gained about 3 pounds. Just go back to what you were doing before and throw out the bad stuff. I threw away cookies, a cupcake, rice and other danger foods. It seems so wasteful, but I had to visualize it as poison.

Thanks for the support. I really need it now. I am dedicated to myself and my health...but it seemedI was wathcing someone elses hand feed me (even though it was my own!) Internally I know that I feel better when I eat healthy veggies, meat, etc...I've been taking a good look at my choices and why I decided to let my guard down around my family (and thier constant disapproval of my new way of eating) I have come to the conclusion that they are jealous...flat out jealous. Well, i am not jealous of all their cholesterol meds/heart meds/anti-depressants/insulin and pain killers...all of which are a direct result of their bad diets. I really do not want to end up taking any of these meds. I am desperately trying to avoid this. So, cocobutt I REALLY appreciate your support. Thanks again.
