Just updating to keep myself honest. :)
I'm lifting again so don't check the scale much. I try to make it a point to not check everyday as long as my pants are fitting well and I'm feeling good.
I'm more focused on food quality now and pay strict attention to how foods make me feel. Stomachache, headache, sleepless? Not normal and I relate it back to my food choices. This awareness is giving me energy that I never had before and look forward to what the next year brings.
