I only lost .5 lb this week,but that is okay.Considering the cruise and wedding its a wonder I didn't gain.Think I'll try the MOVE this week and see if it will speed things up.I lose so slowly,but I am losing so I guess I shouldn't complain.

Sexy - I just deleted yesterday's comment of mine because it made no sense at all. I have been totally exhausted but trying to catch up on everyone's journals. What I was trying to say is that even if you only lost 1/2 lb a week, you'd still be losing 26 lbs a year. Not really that bad!

Good job! Please, don't put yourself down for losing only a 1/2 pound! Considering everything you have been going through, that's a huge success! You did a great job staying true to yourself & your goals! Truely, I think we all need to pay more attention to what we do that is good for us, I really believe we do more than we give ourselves credit for.
