Difficult week. Rushed into hospital to take a friend essentials after they’d had a suspected heart attack ( 120 minute round journey). Tired and hangry the next day, no time for lunch which makes for poor choices. But somehow the positive healthier eating part of the week won out., ( or could be tlhat TOTM almost gone and water retained has now gone 🙄🤣)
