Good Morning. Well my weight is up this morning. No particular reason except maybe Frank is keeping me humble. Ha Ha. Not to worry as I know my intake is still below what it takes to maintain my weight. I was hoping for more wiggle room while on vacation but I am not going to worry about it.
I am excited to spend time with my sister Pat and also my baby sister (same age as my daughter) Cathy. I will be gone for two weeks. I will have my computer with me so I will be filling out my diet calendar but no weighing and very little journaling,if at all. My sister is a great cook so I will have lots of good food to eat. I just have to control my portions. I think I have the right mind set to be successful. I hope you all have a great day.
