I posted 5lb interval rewards, the first is mani/pedi this weekend for reaching 130. Funny, yeah, I like to have my nails done but my greatest reward is knowing that with each day, I am getting back to where I want to be size and health wise. If material objects were the motivation I would be skinny and broke.
