Happy Friday,I am still losing one pound a week thank goodness.This week I was up by two on wed but it must have been water weight cause it is gone today and one more too.yeahhh...Still staying away from nuts,I did have strawberries on thurs,but only 2.Worked-out at the gym 3 times this week and upped my reps and weighs for my upper body. Six days till the cruise.... Swim suit problem solved..found a new one,but didn't tell hubby.I have spent soo much money already.But then I won't be drinking too much on the cruise so that will save on the sign and sail card..(Booze can add up quick) Have a great day friends.. nonna

Woowza! SIX weddings...you have to be a pro by now! Ah, well...such is life - LIVE IT! Congrats on the suit, every girl needs at least one don't you think? At least you don't have to worry about that. You have been doing soooo good on your WOE, really you have! One pound a week is perfect. On average, that's what I do too! I almost had a week moment last night & grabbed the nuts, but I didn't - I had the strawberries instead! Have a great weekend.
