I can't lose wieght.
73.9 公斤 最近减少: 0.9 公斤.    还有: 8.2 公斤.    饮食准则: 合理的.

Hi! One thing that I did was to look at my diet calendar for the previous month and then figure that was my "base" calorie count. Your count is around 1500 a day for the month of August - you then figure that you can reduce by 500 calories a day to lose a pound a week. Or cut out 250 claories and then exercise for 250 calories worth. Good Luck!

I know how frustrating it can be. There are calorie calculators online that can figure what your base caloric intake should be to maintain your weight. 3500 calories equals a pound so if you wanted to lose one pound a week you would reduce your daily intake by 500 calories from your "maintaining calorie number". This does not always work though! It does not work for me at all..I should weigh around 160 for what I consume and I am not close to that... I have hypothyroid etc so that has a lot to do with it for me..I like to say "your mileage may vary!". Other things like stress and time of the month make a difference too. Water weight and all that...good luck. Hang in there and hopefully things will turn around soon. :) Hugs!
