I think I need to get my scales checked so I am a bit nervous about this weigh in. It was 81 so I checked it again and Is was 81.3 and so I checked again and it is 81.7. So I choose 81.7. I changed the battery about 6 months ago so maybe time to find new scales🤪😂 Anyway I am grateful that I am getting a bit better at choosing to eat enough food and no more. To be honest it is a daily struggle and I am really trying to eat and then wait 20 to 30 minutes before eating anything else or even having a cuppa. And at the end of each day when (if) I have made it without feasting on all the things that bring absolutely no nutritional value to me, like I say, I am grateful.
