Well 5 weeks in and 4.3kg down. That’s 869g a week. I am surprised my weight is moving so fast. For me it’s an education on portion size and how easy it is to overeat and the realisation of how so many calories are lurking in your favourite foods just waiting to jump into your body to become part of your being. I’ve learned that calorie counting is where you make the choices. Make change and things beginning to change for you. Make no change and nothing will ever change. Stay strong stay focused on the goal.

Well done 👍 and well said... Those changes absolutely work (if you can manage to stick to them 😉) Reaping benefits in health as well as weight loss is a pretty great motivator!!!

Diet is easily 80% of the struggle. I'm a clean plater, and boredom eater. Smaller portions and hobbies help.

I do zero exercise and I have lost 19kg in 14 months. It's all about food, not exercise
