Neither up nor down, which is better than what I thought it would be.
The past few days I've done a lot of thinking, mainly about confidence and self-esteem. I know a lot of people struggle with these issues, and I have also been struggling with them for the past who knows how long. Probably since I was a young teenager. Like many others, the more weight I lose, the more confident I become. I've realized though, that it has nothing to do with my physical appearance. I don't look at myself and think I'm more beautiful, or think my body looks great (because it still doesn't), but I think its more so about how I treat myself and my body. I guess all the time and effort I put in to caring about myself makes me feel better about myself. Its not from other people paying attention to me, or my fiance telling me I'm pretty, or getting compliments. I work hard to make myself this way, I might as well be proud of it!
I hope everyone can look at themselves and be proud of who they are, and what they have accomplished, and realize that you're awesome!
