That was actually two weeks Deb, I had gained a pound or so the Monday after Thanksgiving and was feeling bloated, that dropped away Tuesday evening, I think it was all water, I did not do another weigh in until my regular weigh in date, so that is actually two weeks worth of weight loss minus the bloat :) It looks good though right?? LOL!
