So after a rocky start where I lost some and then proceeded to eat through my pantry each evening, I am following my new strategy this week and it is paying off. I am trusting that this is spirit led and part of the transformation of how I see food 🥳 I still get up early and begin with a pot of herbal tea as I start my day with prayer and meditation on scripture. Then the big change is a substantial breakfast. This is a work on progress. Then enjoying an equally substantial lunch but a small dinner. No eating after 4pm. I think this is temporary until I break the the mindless eating. Anyway after gaining 2 kilos - that I was too annoyed to even chart I have now list that and a tad more. Feeling grateful 🛐🛐🛐
