YeeeeHaaaaa!! I'm loving it! Today is my 2 month mark. This is a total loss of 30.4 pounds and 30 inches! OMG!!! The best thing is....I FEEL GREAT!!!!

The 2/5 fasting I have been doing has not really been a problem and I think it is fixing some of my hormonal problems that I have been having. It seems to be helping with my hot flashes and night sweats, they are not as intense or as frequent, so the experiment continues.....
