The scale teased lower numbers but settled on this. My percentage of body water was higher today than it has been since I've gotten the scale. Most nights I stop drinking after 11:00 PM, but yesterday I drink a glass of water at about 1 AM. I'm interested to see what things will say for tomorrow when some of this water comes off.
