I stink need to add exercise...

Maybe a walk after shift? My hospital was so big alot of people would walk in the basement during lunch or after work. They have a resident area where if needed we could shower. Plateaus are rough. You will get there. You have already lost to much. You rock.

All right, Bigguy. Get out and walk, but also take stock of what you are eating--you know that it's not just calories that count. Just remember, if it tastes good--you probably shouldn't be eating it! LOL. I'm struggling, too. This is my favorite eating season. Let's be strong and both lose that last 30 lbs!!!
