Woah...I wasn't really expecting a drop today, but there it was! 217.4! 2 lbs for the week. Lowest my weight has been in more than two years. That feels pretty good. Busy day today, as I'm supposed to go wait at the hospital during my friend's surgery. Not sure what lunch will be, as it will likely be in the hospital cafeteria. Planning to have turkey italian sausage for dinner. Everything still on course...
