Hit the BLUE yesterday! I assumed it only turned blue when you hit goal weight but I have to say, that extra bit of encouragement when you are getting close is spectacular :)
Old scale says 204 even, but as I am starting the transition process I will honor the new scale.
New scale says: 201.8 lbs 36.7% muscle mass 34.4% fat 41.0% Water
It was been VERY consistently 2 pounds less for everyone that has stood on it as many times as I have recalibrated it. That said, I will take the extra drop gladly.
I am also surprised to see that my muscle, according to this, is actually a little higher than my fat. Cant think of a time when that would have been the case. I have always been big, so it is kind of funny to see that.
