I am happy with my exercising success. Not so happy with my food choices. Still, happy with my losses. Which as of today I am down 6 pounds from my starting date last week.
71.2 公斤 最近减少: 2.3 公斤.    还有: 13.6 公斤.    饮食准则: 合理的.
一个星期减少0.3 公斤

WOO HOO! remember, it's an on-going transformation :) pace yourself like in a race. Once you are stable with the exercise,focus more on getting in a stable position with your eating. Don't trip yourself up by pushing yourself TOO hard but....do push yourself! :) I'm happy for you :)
