I guess one benefit to being sick is weight loss...
Only now am I starting to feel like myself again. I'm starting to get hungry again and I don't feel nauseous or over-tired.
I just hope that the weight loss from this week doesn't turn into a gain once I start eating normally again. (As long as I get back into my regular exercise routine and add in the PodRunner - Intervals, I should be okay...)
