Day 120. I am officially 4 months in. Total weight loss is 37.5. I did not meet my 40 pounds lost goal but I am not far away. This last month has been ROUGH for my diet to say the least. Not deterred but still moving forward.
On the exercise front my running is doing great. I can run a 5k and am keeping up with it!
30 days have been rough but on the up and up!
