I have not logged in for 56 days but I still have been working hard towards my goals. I am finally consistently under my original weight loss goal of 150. My next goal was 145 and I am SO close. I am finding that I have to be very strict with my diet because I don't burn nearly as many calories at this weight. All in all sticking to it and working hard.

Day 15 after post holidays restart. Let myself get off track between Thanksgiving and New Year and am dealing with the damage. Joined the Biggest Loser challenge at work so I am feeling motivated. 6 more pounds until I am back under the 150s which is ideally where I would like to be. I will do this!

Day 143: hit the 44 pound lost mark, have not been under the 150s in sooooo long and it is an awesome feeling. Just have to keep on keepin on.

Day 141: total loss 43.8 pounds. Under the 150 mark which was my original weight. Next mini goal is 148 which would be 45 pounds loss. That is a lot of weight!!!

Day 133: have reached my original goal weight! When I started I was 193 and today I weighed in at 150! 43 pounds gone! It has not been easy, at ALL, some days I have been terrible but for the most part I have been dedicated and motivated. I won't stop here though, I just need to set new goals to reach!
