Congratulations you are doing great and inspiring me to get it together! Keep up the great work. I know how much hard work it is to shed the pounds with PCOS so this is quite an accomplishment.

Thanks for all the encouragement! It feels good to be reaching some goals. The body fat monitor said my percentage didn't change this week, but I don't think it's all that reliable...it's too dependent upon hydration levels, etc.
Dillonwolf...exercise is making all the difference for me. The first couple of weeks I was trying to walk a few times a week, and was watching my weight actually climb (even though I was only consuming around 1400 calories per day). As soon as I could start using my elliptical, and was using it 5-6 days per week, I started seeing some results almost immediately. I'm keeping sugars and white bread/rice out of my diet as much as possible also.
