Day 105: weight is ALMOST to 155, which would be my next mini goal. Feeling good even though my diet has been off. I have been sticking to my calorie intake but what I am eating is not the best choices. There has just been too many social events lately which makes it difficult. Sticking to it.
Also since I have started training to "run" I am feeling great. When I started I could barely even run for a full 60 seconds at a time. Yesterday I ran for about 2 miles! I never thought that would be possible.
Just goes to show that you can do anything when you put your mind to it!
