Surprised that I only went up a half a pound from my last weigh in, because of three reasons. 1) It is my TOM. 2) I binged hard last night on the sweet potato chips from Trader Joes. Surprisingly though I only managed to go slightly above my calorie limit yesterday, which is very fortunate. 3) My salt intake was ridiculous last night. Absolutely atrocious. It wasn't even just last night, it was all day yesterday. I had french onion soup from Panera, which is incredibly high in sodium, I ate like the whole bag of sweet potato chips, and I ended up making my faux crab cakes. Which are essentially tuna fish crab cakes. I am incredibly proud of myself because it was one of the first things I've ever really made from scratch, with more than five ingredients. I am not a good cook so this is really big for me!

So I am incredibly happy with only a slight increase, hoping this weekend will be better and I will be able to keep things in moderation and make good choices.
