So I have totally fallen off the wagon. Started attending a boot camp a month ago and dropped a pant size almost immediately. After a couple of weeks I quit going. I had excuse after excuse - my boys are all in football and we don't get home until late, I'm sleep deprived, I don't feel good, etc etc. So I joined the 12 week accountability program to get these inches off, get healthy, and feel comfortable in my skin again! My goal is no longer weight driven but rather size driven. I'm currently in a 14 and my goal is a 10. Hoping to reach an 8 if possible, but I'd be ecstatic with a 10.

So today is day 1 of the Game Changer program. I got up and went to the 5am boot camp and am back to recording my food (although I'm no longer doing Atkins). I'm still trying to stay away from processed foods as much as possible and adding in more fruits (which mentally terrifies me after being low carb for so long). As of this morning I am finally mentally in this after a week of horrible eating in conjunction with lots of tears and fears of failure. My legs are like Jello after my workout this morning, but I'm anxious to see the inches falling off. Let's do this!
