Ok so back up 2 lbs. Not sure why. But I havent exercised in 3 weeks. When I go for a little bit of not exercising then exercise I tend to lose fast. So this week I am feeling more refreshed and ready to work out all week.

GOALS

Walk away the pounds 4 mile 2x this week
Kendalls bootcamp 2x this week
workout for at least 30 mins every day this week.
to lose 4lbs!
No eating after 7:30pm.

Thanks, no I have not resolved the housing issue yet, but God will pull me through. I did my 3 mile walkaway the pounds, man it was hard this time. I am still going to try to get in a 30 min something before the end of the day. I had some good n plentys and need to work them off, if I am going to eat them then I must exercise! I should just give them up! lol.
