Thanks for the kind words and support. Working with a personal trainer two days per week and remaining cognizant of what I eat and drink has made all the difference. I feel great about myself and eagerly await that weigh-in that displays in the 200's. -George

You've got a great run going, George. It can be done. I started at 230 (prior to coming here) and my lowest was 165 at 5' 11". At my age, I need to keep it together now. I'm struggling a bit right now, but being here really helps. It's a great community. Good luck. We're all here to give our opinions if you want them. Sometimes even if you don't. :) Opinions are great if they happen to work for you. Listen to everything. Give it a go if you're looking for a change, but prove what works for you and hold onto it.
