Thank you, everyone! omg, when I joined FatSecret I needed to lose 66 lbs. I can't believe there are only 10.8 lbs left to my goal weight! I have lost all the weight slowly and painlessly. Well, slowly yes. Painlessly, almost. ;)

Very nice Deb, you give me the incentive to keep going on, 10.8 lbs is Awesome, I know I will get there one day, and thank you for motivating me..when I read your posts I know somewhere in the horizon I will be where you are now and closer to my goal weight...thanks for showing us that it can be done...:)

Thank you, everyone! I have had red arrows of weight gain. The only month that I had no weight gain was February, because I was walking 5000 steps (2.5 miles) a day to lose weight and impress my doctor. Now that I am off the diabetes and cholesterol pills, my exercise is not so strenuous and I am taking it easy for the last 10 lbs. :)

PS: I want to stay at FatSecret. If I am on vacation or lose my Internet connection, I plan to return. I want to see all of you get to your goal weight. :)

146.8- Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I see that weight for myself, I will be jumping for joy!!!!! Great Job you lost 55.2 pounds that is super awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also consider your frame when when considering your goal weight- I have a large frame so my healthy weight is 125-145- I want 138-140. With my love of food, I do not think I will keep anything lower than that unless I get sick

Also PLEASE remember, HEALTH is the goal. Weight loss is a byproduct, and only a small part of better health. You can achieve weight loss with dangerous things like starvation and laxatives. Neither of those is healthy. Deb has done her magic at a safe, slow pace with an eye on overall health. That is the only way to fly!
