This last few kg to break through the 100 kg mark is taking so long. I have been losing only grams for the last 6 weeks. I have to break through to 99 kg.
I am eating a high fat, medium protein and no carb diet. I do not cheat. I eat 100%. Perhaps I eat too little as I hardly get hungry and my work keeps me so busy there is no time to eat.
Sometimes I want to give up as it is so hard to stay dedicated. I know why I was overweight. It was easy, food was everywhere and cheap. Now I have to plan ahead, I have to pack lunches and snacks. Life happens and I have so much to deal with in life, that adding the watching of my diet is starting to become just one to many for me.
For now, I will stick with my diet and tell myself to fake it till I make it as being overweight was also not good for me mentally, emotionally and physically.
