My plan (although I am not at goal weight yet) is to walk every day of the year. No rest day for me. If I have a restaurant meal on a certain day, I eat less calories before the meal and walk more.
Edited to add: My goal is to keep my sugars below 50 grams a day, which means that my carbs are controlled without me worrying about them or counting them. I look at my carbs at the end of the day, but my main concern is the sugars.

great strive... however i could never do that... three weeks of cycling and i'm glad i can alternate between indoor and outdoor cycling because i get bored way to soon. i can walk every day for three weeks, and then i will get bored again, and have to make another plan for the weeks after that... i hope you will succeed, some people thrive in a steady rythme.

Don't forget, you are building muscle so that muscle may be showing up on the scale. Did you measure yourself lately? You are doing great. Hold on to "Perserve," as "Patience" will turn into "Inpatient" and you will sabotage your efforts in someway. You can do it!!!

Good deal..... It's amazing how you feel with exercise everyday. I exercise everyday and it sure has helped. I met my goal in weight watchers. I have so much more energy , I do the same thing. I cook 4 days a week and we go out on the weekends. I do a lot of salads but if I order a meal I make smart choices.....
